    Those are GPS antennas. I think they’re locating trees and other landmarks.

    This photo reminds me to thank DM for Eye on the Street and to tell him how much I love it! I think you should compile them and make a book of tear out Decatur postcards with them. They just make my day again and again…so thanks!!
