We regret that we have to cancel Touch a Truck due to the threat of severe weather tomorrow. Our rain date is April 21. Hope you all can join us then. Evidently I lost my good weather Karma when I left the Special Events position
Oh my goodness!!! LOVE the 30 Day Arts Challenge!!! March is gonna be so fun!!! :0)
Here’s a very intriguing happening going on this weekend for *Support the local arts scene:

(It appeared on Patch, then mysteriously vanished off the main page soon after…..ooooooh….)
I’ve already read ASC prof Amber Dermont’s book “The Starboard Sea” at the suggestion of my wife who is a former student of hers. It is a truly well crafted book and an easy, engaging read. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
I also thought it was superb. We have autographed copies at Little Shop.
I also saw where she’ll be signing books on March 31st at Eagle Eye on N. Decatur @ 1pm. Should be a good time. My wife speaks very highly of her as both a writer and a person.
I like the “frame something you’ve been meaning to frame” part of the 30 day challenge. I could probably fill all 30 days with that.
Great article on Beacon Hill!
