Update on Century 21 Dwellings – 5 of 6 Locations Closed

    Decatur Metro | February 15, 2008 | 2:33 pm

Commenter Pat was good enough to point out today’s AJC article about Century 21 Dwellings closing all locations (including the one at 335 W. Ponce that I reported on yesterday), with the exception of one at Northlake.

Talk about misreading the market.  Century 21 bought Dwellings a year-ago and is already being forced to downsize.  Ouch.

Like I said in another post, Natalie Gregory does a great job w/Decatur and Druid Hills. She really knows the market.
