      Thanks Ms. DM. I found two articles interesting. The first named Watkinsville as the number one suburb in Georgia. Though not mentioned, Watkinsville has the best Lionel train store in the Atlanta area. Years ago, I called them about a particular train set and asked if they delivered. They responded something like “It’s a nice drive and you’ll be glad you came”. They were right because they had a great selection and prices and Watkinsville seemed a good blend of rural and urban living. A historic covered bridge was located nearby and I’m sure they have a city cemetery, numerous churches and interesting neighborhoods. I also noted that Decatur ranked 22 which was below Snelville, Duluth and Fayetteville.
      The other article was about a young couple snapping up a home in Winona Park. That made me wonder about the effect of the bond referendum on home values. I guess we won’t really know until Wednesday and later on, when that tax bill arrives.
