      She heard the water’s bad . . . moving across the golf course & into Fulton County.

        She is going to need to make it all the way to Moreland to get into Fulton. She’s only a couple blocks from potable water provided by Atlanta Watershed.

        That’s actually DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management “leadership” responding to the broken main.
