Good news: Scott Blvd is back OPEN and power in the area has been restored.

TRAFFIC ALERT: Scott Blvd closed COMPLETELY between Clairemont & Coventry, tree down on power lines
It’s closed only between Garden and just west of Westchester (the school). But traffic is a mess with people trapped on Garden trying to turn left onto Clairemont. All these people need to get off my lawn!
Apparently it just reopened.
And our power is back on, too! Impressively quick work!

And yes, that’s Westchester on the right. But now I’m disoriented too. What’s the white patch on the lawn between the road and the Westchester parking lot. And where’s the “Westchester, A Community Learning for Life!” marquee?
