    I would love to see more spaces that have been designed to combine shade and the ability to catch whatever wind is available.

    What about seniors with grandchildren in Decatur schools?
    Would they get a homestead exemption?

      If you are a senior who has to raise your grandchildren, after already raising your children, you deserve all the help you can get.
