      I would love to know what kind of lense was used to get this great pic and it fhere was any editing done, if at all possible!

        It doesn’t look like any special kinds of lens (other than a relatively wide one). The “look” is a variant of the High Dynamic Range look. This is an extreme version of tone-mapping. There are a number of post processing tools that can achieve similar looks. One of the more popular ones is Photomatix.
