Decatur PD sends along this announcement seeking the community’s help to identify this suspect after initial leads did not pan out.

The Decatur Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying the person depicted in this sketch regarding an entering auto that turned into an armed robbery when the victim confronted the suspect in her vehicle.  The incident occurred in the 100 block of Harold Byrd Drive on July 11, 2013 at approximately 11:15 pm.  The suspect was described as a white male,  30-40 years of age, with black spiked hair, slender build, clean shaven and who appeared to be a “drug addict.” Anyone familiar with this suspect is asked to please contact Inv.
