How long has she been missing? I saw a dog that looks like her the day before and after Xmas running down Clarendon and then onto the baseball field across from Avondale High. I tried to get her, but she ran.
I think I saw her this morning on Deerwood. A dog was crossing the street and went behind a neighbor’s house before I could get a closer look. It was near the top of the street near Creekwood.
Do you live on Deerwood??? WE DO!!!! If this is the case, she was very close to home. Any idea which backyard she may have ran to??? Perhaps she is staying in a shed or crawl space.
This is Michael….I am Ginger’s daddy. I actually live on Deerwood Drive. Have been searching for days….PLEASE let me know if you see our girl….she is VERY loved and missed.
Thank Karen…..She spooked by the fireworks on New Year’s Eve….we still had our baby for Christmas!!!
Michael- has your girl been found yet? I live in Avondale and can maybe spare some time tomorrow morning (10:30-12:30) to help look for her. Would that help? Also, contact Avondale Estates City Hall with her info and picture, and they MAY send out an email blast to the entire neighborhood.
I emailed Avondale City Hall….The response was wonderful. The lady said that she would send out something this morning. I really appreciate the suggestion.
Thanks for the suggestion Barbara…any particular person to send that info to? No, she has not been found…and I am so sick about it. However, I have had to return to work…and mostly rely on the kindness of strangers. We are heartsick.
MY GINGER IS HOME!!!!!!!!! She was IN our LOCKED fence this morning. Going to walk the perimeter NOW (to see if there is passage somehow). Thank the Universe!!!!
yay! i heart a happy reunion story!
SOOOOO happy for you Michael!!!
Yay! Sounds like all the sightings in the area were right! So glad.
So glad she has been found. I can’t say it was Ginger because I only saw this dog from their back but several days ago while she was missing I did see a dog that would fit what she looks like from the front at the end of McKinnon Drive where the creek is. If the tip of her tail looks like it was dipped in white it was her. Just in case she ever gets out again.
