Fabutique Space on West Ponce Available for Lease

    Decatur Metro | February 10, 2012 | 10:18 am

It looks like Fabutique – the boutique side of Fabu Face Spa is closing.  There’s a lease sign in the window as of a couple days ago, and items seem to being cleaned out of the interior.

On the other hand, Fabu Face Spa’s neighboring window recently got a face-lift.

And we still have lots of goodies for sale. PJ’s are 50% off. We are also selling some of the fixtures. 2-way racks are 20.00 each, 1 mannequin left 20.00, and we have some stuff for free -6 disc cd player, 100 disc cd player, filing cabinet, vases, unframed mirror.

As someone who lives in the residential above Fabu, I’m really sad to see this wonderful part of Fabu go. We’ve seen so many businesses come and go in 335’s ground-floor retail, and we hoped the “Fabutique” portion would remain (always my go-to spot for awesome gifts), despite this landlord’s notoriously shady practices. Bummer.
