Have You Checked Out Jim Stacy’s New Cooking Channel Show?

    Decatur Metro | February 12, 2015 | 10:23 am

As you may have heard, well-known local chef and owner of Pallookaville, Jim Stacy, has a new Cooking Channel show, “Offbeat Eats with Jim Stacy“.

Have you had a chance to check it out yet?  Well, if not, here’s an opportunity.

Check out a clip of “Extra Bites” above and head over to his Cooking Channel page to what a few more.

Also, if you’re wondering, “who is Jim Stacy?”, this Cooking Channel Q&A “26 Questions with Corndog Maestro Jim Stacy” is a good intro.  (Pssst: Chai Pani’s Kale Pakoras get a shout out!)

    Let’s have a party!
    We are opening!
    Halloween Night 6pm-1am
Special Party Fountain and Restaurant Menu
    Closed Fri, Sat and Sun.
    Chomp and Stomp Sat.
Back open Mon. 11am-4pm with a limited Opening Menu.

The AJC had an entertaining story on Jim Stacey and Pallookville a couple of weeks back – but it’s behind the wall o’ pay.
