    Live-Blogging the Decatur Book Festival

    Decatur Metro | September 4, 2009 | 10:32 am

Last chance for anyone who would like unfettered access to DM’s live-blog during the Decatur Book Festival.

Just send your name and email address to decaturite [at] gmail.com and I’ll send you the necessary invite to participate without any moderation barriers.

As noted before, anyone can participate in the live-blog, it’s just that comments will be sent to moderation before posting.

As the widget to the left states, the live-blog will go live at 7:30p tonight for Sir Harold Evans’ keynote address.  It will then be “stuck” to the top of the page for the remainder of the weekend.  New regular posts will appear BELOW this live-blog post, so don’t think that just because the live-blog is still up top it means the site hasn’t been updated since your last visit.

UPDATE: Also, I will reiterate my call for long-form reports on speakers at the festival.  Type ’em up and email them in and I’ll make sure they get posted.  If you want to use your full name and/or link to your website, just let me know!
