    There has been a small City of Decatur ‘Notice of Violation’ sign out front the pas couple of days. Any info on why?

      I think it had something to do with the landscaping. I think once they finished up, they pulled their silt fence before getting an official go-ahead to do so. Not positive but that’s the sense I got from the sign.

        Thanks–sound about right. Have you noticed the 2 ‘bricked up’ windows on the end wall/2nd floor?
