Update: a coworker said they saw a Coke can on the bridge with a note that said it’s a long-exposure camera. Sounds like someone set up a camera to make an artsy photo of the city and someone else got worried about it and reported it.
I bet the note got blown away … it’s been so windy today.
Supposedly it’s been there for at least a week.
