Lots of activity at the residence and Travis car is home — let’s hope all is ok.

So glad this worked out. Dementia, whether Alzheimer’s or a temporary reactive dementia or any other type, is a cruel disease. Now that we’ve got a better handle on heart disease and stroke, and tobacco-related disease should decline with the decline in smoking, dementia is going to be the challenge for us all as we age. Half of us will have it if we make it to age 90. And dementia doesn’t always wait until extreme old age but hits some in their fifties, sixties, seventies. Our society, residential care facilities, and health system are not ready.

And our kids are not ready.
