Drunk Driving map is interesting… Atlanta metro looks to be about average with 20-40% of accidents involving alcohol.
But what is going on with South Carolina? It looks like 60-100% of accidents in SC are alcohol related!
Is this related to Happy Hour drink specials (which GA outlawed back in the 80’s)?
Shot-sized liquor bottles (a laughable law to prevent bartenders from over-pouring)? Enforcement?
Culture?
