    Best Decatur Streets For Trick-or-Treating

You’re probably aware that Decatur awards a “Commissioner’s Cauldron” every year for the best decorated Halloween house in its 5 square miles, but what about the best decorated STREET?

It might be fun in coming years to host a Halloween decorating street contest and offer a block-party prize for the judged winner.  However for now, please tell us your favorite trick-or-treating streets in Decatur.  (And the surrounding areas too – I’m pretty sure that Howard Street in Kirkwood is pretty amazing.)

The top three decorated streets that I’ve personally seen this year – Adair Street, Mead Street and East Hill Street.   Great job all!

    Happy Halloween!

I guess all my regular commenters are out of the Decatur trick-or-treating game? Or there no other good trick-or-treating streets in Decatur?

They don’t want to advertise to outsiders.

We’re all handing out rock salt on our street.
