  1. Sad news. Condolences to the family of Inspector Taylor and to all his colleagues in the department.

  2. I’ll ask again: has anyone seen anywhere that we can donate to fund for 4 children?

    1. He was from Madison, in Morgan County. The obituary there said donations could be made to the First United Methodist Church or the Ga Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The local article said to donate canned goods or winter coats. Perhaps this family is generous even in grief. That, to me, is a legacy to aspire to.

      1. Thanks! I’ll follow up from there. It’s rare that health insurance and savings can cover the wages lost during the 20 years necessary for the upkeep and college tuition for four children.
