Older Pup Found in Winnona Park

Found this senior girl while driving on Inman street near the Winnona Park school around 11 this morning. Nobody nearby, but she came to me willingly and allowed me to put her in my back seat. No tags on a new looking brown collar. Village Vets confirmed a chip in her, but it was not currently registered. It was linked to their previous practice Cedar Village Animal Clinic, but they don’t have records from that far back. She appears to be recently trimmed and well cared for but has some difficulty navigating stairs. She is safe, sound, cool, and hydrated, and is fine with our 3 year old dog, but we’d like to help get her back home.My cell phone is (404) 798-8235
Owner has contacted me and she and her dog will be reunited later this afternoon.
Yay!
Yay!!! Such happy news. (We also have an older dog who had trouble with stairs…).
Reunited and it feels so good!!!!
Awesome. Nice work, Wally.
Woot.
Thank you, Wally, for saving a life!
Great news!
If your dog has a chip, please, please register it and make sure your information is up to date. I’ve found 2 pups in the past year who had chips that were not registered. Both of them found their way home, but it was a lot harder than it should have been.
