      We used to get Bicycle Shorts Man, but I haven’t seen him in Decatur in a long time.

        Bicycle shorts man was working the corner of Briarcliff and Ponce from 2005-2009. He was not looking very healthy a few years back. Obviously had a stroke. I wonder if he finally hung up his bike shorts ( and put on some pants)?
