How about pay back what is owed thus far before borrowing more money. Lets see… In the past 10 years the fire stations have been updated, the Bill (gym) on Sycamore updated, city hall updated, most schools updated including big renovation to the high school, its’ stadium etc. The public works building on Talley Street has been updated and the police station, municipal court buildings at Ebster have been renovated. We are paying taxes to the city based on a 50% assessment. Enough is enough.
