Imagine what the corner of Scott and Clairmont would look like (and the effect on traffic at that intersection) with 7 to 9 acres of retail development instead of a large swath of beautiful native trees and plants. The Woodlands Gardens, hidden in plain sight, is an invaluable buffer for CoD, and a sanctuary for CoD residents and visitors alike. Kudos.
