		<description><![CDATA[Winnona Park Stud says kudos to the Morse family for their vision and generosity in establishing The Woddlands Gardens, and to the Board, volunteers and donors for their work to preserve and improve an incredible resource. Imagine what the corner of Scott and Clairmont would look like (and the effect on traffic at that intersection) with 7 to 9 acres of retail development instead of a large swath of beautiful native trees and plants. The Woodlands Gardens, hidden in plain sight, is an invaluable buffer for CoD, and a sanctuary for CoD residents and visitors alike. Kudos.]]></description>
