We need people to reach out to the City about the PATH being closed east of Church! They have had very few people complain since the closure took effect.

Depends where on College they were. Remember there is no bike path right now east of Church St.
The news reports I heard said that the bikers, who it sounds like were on a tandem bike, apparently (maybe in attempt to avoid traffic) hit a mailbox and fell into traffic.

Sad story about the biking death. Last night I was headed west on College Ave around 8:15 pm and came across 2 bikes traveling in the roadway (1 in each direction). Neither of them had lights or reflective clothing, which made them near impossible to see. Why don’t they use the bike path that is only 100 feet away?
