When one of my skittish neighbor’s dogs got loose, I sat on the ground and that relaxed her enough to come close so I could get her collar. I hope someone is able to get this gal to the 24 hour animal hospital ASAP. I was in such a good mood before I read this, poor little thing.

Last seen this morning on Vista Leaf. The spotter was sent the photo and confirmed it was this dog. It had the leash and collar described too. Dog was skittish so was not able to be caught.
