		<description><![CDATA[I agree that using green infrastructure (using trees and other vegetative best management practices for reducing and cleaning stormwater runoff) is not only a good idea but is a requirement of the current City&#039;s NPDES Stormwater Permit!  Some engineers have a hard time getting used to the idea but it works for areas with lower amounts of runoff.]]></description>
