It was a black 4 door car that we saw this evening around 7:45-7:50 in Preston park. Earlier we saw a white SUV around 5:30 circling the neighborhood.

Do you happen to know if that black SUV had any front end damage to it on the passenger side? I saw a sketchy one at McCoy park Tuesday or Wednesday of last week with Fulton county plates. Made me feel very uncomfortable. The windows were tinted so I couldn’t see who or how many were in the vehicle, it just sat idle in the cul-de-sac at the Adams street entrance to McCoy park for 3 or 4 minutes before speeding off.

We had a black SUV case the Preston Park subdivision on Second Avenue near Tilson around 7:50 tonight. Took off when a neighbor stepped outside to get a tag number.
