Hopefully the street footprint is not increasing beyond 10%. I don’t see much canopy beyond the street though Maybe there is a small % coverage in the picture beyond Philips Towers? Kinda puts things in perspective.

The entire project started in front of the High School 11 months ago and has had its share of unforeseen difficulties. It has at least 2 months to go. My guess is that Howard will be closed 2 or 3 weeks.
