I wasn’t even there for an event but for errands. But with warm weather, lots of people out for the tree and for Thursday night shopping, and festive lights, the ambience was so cheerful and friendly. Once I realized that wine, cookies, and cheese were out for the taking in many stores, I did a little extra browsing around. I know that was what was calculated to happen but it was a genuinely nice time.
