Sad to see this. Years ago, the DHS library discarded some ancient books from before the Fifties. One was the complete set of Georgia Confederate soldiers. Saving the books from dumpster death, I brought the set over to Books Again and exchanged it for a signed copy of “The Little Girl Is Dead”, one of the early books about the Mary Phagan/Leo Frank case. My wife read this book in elementary school and has been fascinated by the event ever since. She was thrilled to get an a copy signed by the author. As I recall, the store had a huge cat that seemed to always sit on a shelf in front of the picture window. Thanks Mr. Jim and best of luck!

Knew this would happen soon, but it’s still a bummer. One of the best used book stores in the metro area in terms of quality and selection (and I consider used book stores much more valuable than new). Sad that a city that hosts such a great book festival will soon have only one book store in its city limits.
