		<description><![CDATA[I have done a lot of event planning and use actual catering companies. I am not really sure you are going to find anyone who can accommodate 500 different allergies and preferences. I have never had a caterer ask me about allergies. That is an impossible task. Unless you are Bill Gates, there is no way you can financially accommodate 200 people and their various preferences and allergies, real or imagined. Catering prices are based on volume and bulk prices. A few fish or vegetarian or even vegan items are no biggie, but 200 different entrees for 200 people with 200 different issues ain&#039;t happening with the catering companies like Carole Parks, Proof of the Pudding, Jerry Diltz, Affairs, Dennis Deane, etc]]></description>

If so, how far in advance would the caterer need to know how many people may or may not be allergic to chocolate, nuts, soy, dairy, citrus, gluten, wheat, tomatoes, etc so that an appropriate menu can be planned?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Our Way in AE has a catering menu.  We did some of their sides for a reception and they were delicious!  We picked them up ahead of time and did the final bake on the casseroles just before serving.  It was a big help given that meat with a side of meat was the menu before we thought of Our Way.]]></description>
