Feeling satisfied that I’d gotten my answer, I continued on and turned left on Lavista… and then I saw it. Another sign, where you’d turn to go to the Nursery or Kroger… “Toco Hill,” singular. So, apparently even the shopping center named for the area isn’t sure what’s correct.
