I guess you haven’t had to slam on your brakes when a moron on a cell phone strolls directly into the street in front of you mid-block. This has happened to me once too often in Decatur.

Wait, it’s actually legal in some circumstances for an adult to cross the street at a place of his/her own choosing? Those right-wingers inthe GA state house have gone too far. It just totally sucks when people are out on the streets doing any dang thing they want, amirite? It’s much better for citizens to do what they are told.
