actually the old Udipi space in the shopping plaza lists Gokul Sweets as “coming soon”. Gokul Sweets is the Indian sweet shop on Dekalb Industrial a block or so down from the Temple. they always seem busy so I imagine that they’re moving for improved parking and access.

The name Chaat House would seem to imply that. And if they do offer any meat options, you’re probably still going to be safer sticking to the veggie chaats. Of course, there’s only one way to find out. Hope they open soon!

Fun fact: A few weeks ago, there was a sign in the same spot that said the name of the place would be Veggie World. Then it changed to Chaat House. I have no idea why.
