One would hope it’s because they’re out addressing real crimes as opposed to petty traffic offenses. That stop sign used to be a yield, if I recall correctly, and it was just fine as it was.

Next time you’re at the light light at NDH heading north on Clairmont, watch that stop sign. One in fifty cars will actually come to a complete stop. This is not an exaggeration. The only time you are sure to see someone come to a complete stop is when cars heading south on Clairmont are in the way. Even then, you are likely to see someone speeding up to blow through the sign to beat the oncoming traffic. I really don’t understand why DKPD doesn’t have a motorcycle cop posted there full time.
