I think Ruby Tuesday spot seems dark and I bet wouldn’t be as inviting. I would love to see something in 5th Earl spot but I worry that spot woudln’t have the volume that Souper Jenny would want.

I also think some of the falling apart buildings across from Depeaux could be a nice idea.
