Have you not watched the news at all since the election?  It isn&#039;t a done deal, but the consensus is clearly that taxes are going up.  If nothing else, the temporaty payroll tax deduction is expiring, and it needs to.  We can&#039;t keep borrowing from our future just to prop up the present.]]></description>
