I think the restaurant is going into the Tudor Building on the corner opposite the buildings purchased by Oakhurst Realty Partners – next to the Second Life thrift shop. The Patch article photo shows the building that used to house an old print shop and hair salon.

Yes, this is the same fellow who owns the Starlight and the totally excellent corn dog food truck. Enjoyed his corn dogs at this past summer’s Avondale Art-B-Q which was just one big street party, with art and corn dogs.
