I visited Cozee a few times and wasn’t impressed. The flavored teas tasted really cheap to me, and the place… well, as hard as the owner tried, it just wasn’t up to par with the rest of Decatur. Sorry, but you have to have a bit more style and local culture. And by culture I don’t mean obviously trying to copy Java Monkey.

So sad to hear this, my kids LOVED the bubble tea and although she was often out of things we asked for, she tried really hard to please.

Good chance to recall some of the places that have come and gone. Anyone remember the Thai place where American deli is now? The barbecue joint that briefly occupied the space now held by the Persian restaurant? The record store where the art college now has its gallery? The Burger King with the unusable drive-thru? The car museum and ice cream shop across from DHS?

Same here, tried to stop by three times and all three times it was randomly closed during what would be considered normal business hours.
