It is scarey to me that, for most of the biggest dots, I recognize the proponent of the idea and remember the high school or college class in which I studied it, but I no longer remember what the actual idea is.

I also find it discouraging that Mark Twain is a relatively small dot compared to others whose ideas seem less universal like Stephen King. Mark Twain ought to be a gigando dot. He had a great quote on about everything before microwaves and cloud computing.

Passing the T-SPLOST is one of several gambles among Reed's plans.

1. join Republican sales tax road building scheme
2. capitalize on Beltline popularity by promising transit ahead of schedule
3. prioritize "Beltline" streetcars on T-SPLOST at all costs
4. receive federal grants ahead of other projects
5. ground breaking ceremonies and ribbon cuttings
6. claim credit for the Beltline and City of Atlanta resurgence
7. run for federal office
