My kids love it, and the delivery guys are prompt and polite.
They also deliver to Oakhurst which made them our goto Chinese. We tried others, but we always came back to them.

I think the building was formerly used as a railroad car or locomotive maintenance facility and may have some land contamination issues. You should check with the Atlanta Youth Soccer Association to see how they developed the nearby soccer fields they own on Arizona Ave. I know if involved an EPA grant for brownfield (contamination) redevelopment as well as local fundraising.

Every time I’m in CVS, he asks about them by name. He stopped by Animal Crackers towards the end of this past school year to say hi and the kids just about lost their minds when he showed up.
