The question is how much will the tourist tax cover and will it be built on GWCC land.

The expense is akin to marketing spend to build/sustain brands — pretty hard to quantify exactly what the return is, but without it the brand dies.

Where the door was in the old store is now just a floor to ceiling window. The new door is on your right. When I went there on Saturday, I can’t tell you how many people walked right into the window.
