About 100 feet have been more than 40% covered with decomposed leaves, ivy, etc. since before I moved here, which was in 1998. This section is just south of the intersection with Geneva Street on that same side. So, near Glenlake Park. This strip is the property of City Schools of Decatur, Clairemont Elementary. The photo is taken from the southern edge of the property, facing north toward the park.
