You are correct. Currently a law office, I think, or some similarly professional endeavor. It’s really an ideal situation for shared parking, since the office closes around 5 or 6, right when pizza/beer traffic starts to pick up.

I wonder if any businesses in that strip actually lease use of the lot or if it’s just customers taking advantage of the fact that nobody’s there.

I believe that gravel lot belongs to the building on the corner of College and Cambridge. It looks like a house, but I’m pretty sure its a small business of some sort.

I think backing out into traffic on College is at least as dangerous, or more so, than crossing the street to the grassy area. Also, I frequently park on the street around the corner and have never had any issues.
