The statement “prized assets of the business” is a little scary. Living, breathing animals just aren’t meant to spend there lives like that – period. And I haven’t worked at a circus, but I was at Phillips one day about 5 years ago when Ringling was in town, (for a meeting that was unrelated), snuck a peak at the elephant training session, and have seen the “training methods” with my own eyes.
