I just get burnt out on the Christmas spirit before the holiday even arrives since it seems like decorations start going up earlier and earlier each year. I thought putting up the wreaths this early was emblematic of this trend, but if it really is a cost-saving measure, then I can live with it.

Most are flat and out of shape and some are unlit. The city should require the installation company to fluff each one after its hung. After years of storage they really need to be freshened up.
