Cousins Properties are behind the various “The Avenue” outdoor shopping centers in GA (I like the one in Forsyth). Based on merchant listings, Black & White Market, Ann Taylor Loft, Bath & Body Works and American Eagle are default stores. And throw a DSW in there too.

I mention a nail salon because I don’t remember the last time I saw a shopping center without one in it.

A Bank is conservative, moderately priced men’s clothing, is it not? If there was an equivalent shop for women, I would take my business there gladly. I generally shop at department stores and do not enjoy the trek to the perimeter or to buckhead. Fingers crossed.
