First off, if you believe this is truly a leaderless movement, who exactly would you expect to invite him. Secondly, walking around with a gun is not illegal, however camping in the park is. Lastly, if the police simply used this guy out of convenience as an excuse to clear the park of the criminal campers then I would call that a brilliant and peaceful solution. Beats tear gas and billy clubs if you ask me.
