I believe they’re looking for support to get the whole project $522 million project funded. I’m not sure Decatur’s willing to go that far and explictly state that, but they are discussing whether to at least say, yes, we support this project. No indication of whether it’s more or less than other area projects, just that they support it generally.

If so, then the purpose of this resolution would be to encourage the full roundtable to include it as a funded project on their upcoming Oct. 13 vote on the draft list?
