Posting images like this as part of the ‘Eye on the Street’ series never really make sense to me. The same goes for other random images that I see from time to time that feature streets from -other- cities. If I wanted to see images of Kingsport, TN or Charleston, SC, I’ll do a search on Flickr.

And sure, if this guy is relevant to Decatur (is he? as a casual RSS reader, there’s no caption explaining what we’re even looking at… and despite the comments above me, I’m still not really sure who he is or why I should care), feel free to post the image on DM, but why label it ‘Eye on the Street’? :\
